Hey, I'm Aarika!
I am a 500 hour certified registered yoga teacher. Once upon a time I was a bakery manager living a fast paced, high stress life! I noticed the toll it began to take on my body. Yin yoga was one of the only things that took the stress away, that and reading Harry Potter.

Yin Yoga is a gentle and meditative style of yoga that focuses on holding poses for longer periods, typically between three to five minutes. This practice targets the deep connective tissues of the body, like the ligaments, joints, and fascia, rather than emphasizing muscular effort. The slow pace and prolonged holds in Yin Yoga help to increase flexibility and circulation in the joints and improve overall mobility.

Sound baths are a meditative practice involving the use of resonant music. This creates an immersive sound that fills the room and the body, aiming to help people relax and let go of stress, anxiety, or other worries and concerns. People report feeling deeply relaxed after sound baths. The intention is to change and help balance the energy of the participants. The goal is to provide the space and experience which allows the participants to release and allow the mind to let go. The vibrations of the crystal bowls resonate within the body which help move or unblock trapped energy or emotion.
